Stephen Jeffery has a lifetime of experience in the property market to offer buyers searching for that special property in Ireland.

Originally trained as a Surveyor, he practised as an Estate Agent in the UK for 23 years as Branch and Regional Manager and for the last 10 years as a Director of one of the largest Estate Agency groups in the UK.

In 1997 Stephen opened his own business as a Property Consultant specialising in the purchase of residential property for buyers in the UK as well as parts of Europe, at which point he was appointed Property Consultant to Harrods Estates.

This work quickly took Stephen and his family to Ireland where he discovered a huge demand for property from UK, European and local buyers, but, unlike the UK, there were hardly any property search specialists acting exclusively for the purchaser buying in Ireland.

Over the past 7 years Stephen and his family have built up a successful property finding and relocation business in Co Cork and generally in South West Ireland, acting for buyers from all over the world wishing to purchase property in beautiful Southern Ireland. Stephen has acquired properties for buyers in Ireland ranging from cottages to castles, from investment properties to country houses and estates, and from seaside holiday homes to farmhouses in need of restoration.

Stephen Jeffery has now opened the Irish Office of The Property Finders, covering South West Ireland, and specialising in searching for all types of property on behalf of buyers in Co Cork.

Buying property in South West Ireland from a distance can be very costly and time consuming.
