Getting to and from several destinations in The Property Finders network will be easier for people living in the north of England from March 2010.  Ryanair has just announced 14 new routes from Leeds-Bradford airport which is scheduled to double in size with a £28 million expansion programme and they estimate these routes will generate one million extra passengers through the airport annually.

Ease and regularity of access should be one of the key factors that potential property buyers consider when choosing a location and although everyone seems to have a Ryanair horror story there is no doubt that there is a Ryanair factor in the property business.  More flights into an area bring more property buyers.

The new routes from Leeds-Bradford going into airports in The Property Finders network are to Malaga, Murcia, Mallorca, Venice and Pisa.
