fee of €900 Euros* is payable on
signing acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
and we then start work on your behalf.**
Our fee for successfully finding and helping
you to acquire your chosen property is
charged at 2.5%* of the price paid.
Are we worth it?

not more than covered, sometimes several
times over; firstly we are experienced
negotiators and our local knowledge
is a key factor in securing the lowest
possible price and secondly, we save buyers
so much time and wasted journeys.
